Terms of Sale
Prices are F.O.B. Moncks Corner, SC. Product specifications and prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Please provide cardholder’s name, address, telephone number, card number and expiration date.
Delivery
We take pride in our ability to make the fastest shipment possible. We cannot, however, be responsible for delays once the merchandise is in the hands of a common carrier or the U.S. Postal Service.
Please inspect all shipments. Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 72 hours of receipt of shipment.
Repairs and Replacements
We reserve the right to determine if authorized returned merchandise should be repaired, replaced or otherwise adjusted. Dealers are requested not to make such adjustments without prior authorization.
Returns
All sales are final. We will accept return of certain stock products for credit on account, subject to the following restrictions: All returns must be authorized in advance in writing. To obtain a return goods authorization (RGA), call Customer Service at (610) 376-2400. Only stock merchandise in unopened master cartons may be returned. Returns must be made freight prepaid. Credit will be issued subject to a restocking charge of 15%. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days after receipt of RGA. Returns should be sent to:

Back Orders
Unless otherwise requested, we will ship and invoice all available merchandise and back order delayed items.
Valley Forge Flag Company guarantees all Perma-Nyl and Koralex II labeled U.S. flags to be colorfast for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. This guarantee is limited to replacement of this flag only. No other damages, incidental or otherwise, are covered. No purchase price refunds or shipping costs are covered. Colorfast refers to the colors retaining their base colors. Some color lightening, due to exposure to the sun, is natural, and will not affect the usability of the flag and therefore is not covered under this guarantee. Fabric tears and fraying, as a result of high winds and other climatic conditions, as well as normal wear, are not covered by this guarantee. Except as set forth herein, Valley Forge Flag Company makes no other guarantee or warranty, either express or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Valley Forge Flag Company shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind whatsoever.
